Payment Methods

Customers can make credit card payments using the 'Pay My Account Now' utility on the homepage of this website, using their Name Holder ID and Name Holder Password. Alternatively, credit card payments can be phoned or faxed to Domainz.

Cheque Payments

Cheque payments must be drawn in NZ dollars (NZ$), and payable to Domainz Limited. Payments should be posted to Domainz at its Wellington office, as marked on the invoice:

Name Holders should list their invoice number(s) or Name Holder ID on the back of the cheque.

Direct Credit Payments

Domainz will accept payments directly into our bank account. Please ensure that you reference your full Customer/Name Holder ID and Name Holder name so the payment can be allocated against the correct account.

Payment Terms

• Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable.
• Failure to pay your domain name registration fee will result in a cancellation of your domain name registration.
• Failure to pay for Domainz Email and Web services will result in the cancellation of these services.
• To ensure your domain name is up and running straight away, Domainz takes credit card payment for all online registrations.
• Manual domain name registrations and all domain name renewals, payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct credit.
